BobBakes is a home bakery. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect when you order and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and delivery/pickup date, so we can make and hand over your order.
- Your delivery address and area, only if you choose delivery.
- Notes and a reference photo, only if you choose to give them.
- What you ordered and the price.
Your cart is stored only in your own browser until you place the order. We count page visits (for example “menu viewed 40 times today”) without cookies and without recording who you are.
Why we use it
Only to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
When you place an order, you are taken to WhatsApp to confirm it with us. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for our accounts and tax records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, unless we must keep them by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by messaging us on WhatsApp (+919741513585). We will reply within a reasonable time.
