Order, refund & delivery policy

BobBakes is a home bakery in Kengeri, Bangalore. Everything is baked fresh for your order, so these simple rules help us plan. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp (+919741513585).

Ordering

• Place your order on this website. It is confirmed once we reply to you on WhatsApp.
• We need 1 day's notice. For large or custom designs, please order earlier.
• Prices are shown on the menu and include 5% GST at checkout. We confirm the final amount and how to pay on WhatsApp.
• Photos are for reference. Every cake is handmade, so colours and decoration can differ slightly from the picture or from a reference photo you send.
• Tell us about any allergies when you order. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and (unless marked eggless) eggs.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

• You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery or pickup time.
• Within 24 hours we have usually bought ingredients and started baking, so any advance paid may not be refundable. We will always try to help, for example by moving the date.
• If something is wrong with your order (wrong item, damaged, or not as agreed), message us on WhatsApp (+919741513585) within 2 hours of receiving it, with a photo. We will offer a remake, a replacement or a full or partial refund, depending on the problem.
• Approved refunds are paid back the same way you paid, usually within 5–7 working days.
• If we ever have to cancel your order, you get a full refund.

Delivery and pickup

• Delivery costs ₹100 in and around Kengeri, Bangalore. We confirm your area on WhatsApp.
• You can also pick up your order from No 770 Devalinga, Ground Floor, Opp to Modi Ground, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore - 560060. We share the exact time and location on WhatsApp.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed time and address.
• Once delivered or picked up, keep cream cakes refrigerated and away from direct sunlight, and enjoy them within a day or two.
• Delivery times can shift a little because of traffic or weather. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
